All successful Saleroom winners will be sent an invoice and payment request following the auction. If payment has not been received or an alternative method of payment agreed, we shall attempt to take payment from the card registered with the Saleroom 7 days after the auction closes.

Reeman Dansie do not provide an in-house postage and packing service. However, we can provide the following details for local shipping companies:

ATD, Jentel and Mailboxes operate independently of Reeman Dansie, so postage and packaging will need to be organised and paid direct to their team. Upon being paid, ATD, Jentel or mailboxes will send their team to Reeman Dansie to collect the item and organise shipping.
